SPICY PINEAPPLE CILANTRO MARGARITA

SPICY PINEAPPLE CILANTRO MARGARITA

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz. Casamigos Reposado Tequila
  • 1 oz. Pineapple Juice
  • .5 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
  • .5 oz. Simple Syrup
  • 8 - 10 Cilantro Leaves
  • 2 Serrano Slices or 2 Dashes Firewater Bitters
  • 1⁄2 Thick Rim Equal Parts Salt/Sugar/Dried Cilantro
  • Garnish 2 Pineapple Leaves and Serrano Slice

Instructions

Wet 1/2 rim of glass with lime wheel or wedge, then dip into salt mixture. Combine all ingredients into a tin shaker. Muddle serrano/cilantro. Add ice, shake vigorously and fine strain into rimmed rocks glass. Add fresh ice and garnish.

  • 5 oz. Pineapple Juice
  • 2.5 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
  • 2.5 oz. Simple Syrup
  • 35-50 Cilantro Leaves

Instructions

Combine all ingredients into 60 oz. pitcher. Fill to top with ice. Stir with bar spoon for 6-8 seconds.
