- Ingredients
- 1.5 oz. Casamigos Mezcal Joven
- .75 oz. Fresh Beet Juice
- .5 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
- .5 oz Simple Syrup
- 8-10 Cilantro Leaves
- 2 Serrano Slices or 2 Dashes Firewater Bitters
- Optional: 2 Dashes Celery Bitters
- Garnish Cilantro Sprig
- Instructions
Combine all ingredients into a tin shaker. Muddle serrano/cilantro. Add ice, shake vigorously and fine strain into a rocks glass. Add fresh ice and garnish.
