  • Ingredients
    • 1.5 oz. Casamigos Mezcal Joven
    • .75 oz. Fresh Beet Juice
    • .5 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
    • .5 oz Simple Syrup
    • 8-10 Cilantro Leaves
    • 2 Serrano Slices or 2 Dashes Firewater Bitters
    • Optional: 2 Dashes Celery Bitters
    • Garnish Cilantro Sprig
  • Instructions
  • Combine all ingredients into a tin shaker. Muddle serrano/cilantro. Add ice, shake vigorously and fine strain into a rocks glass. Add fresh ice and garnish.
