
GINGER JUICE
Ingredients
1.5 oz. Casamigos Reposado or Casamigos Blanco Tequila
.75 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
.5 oz. Ginger Syrup (Suggest Liquid Alchemis®)
1 Heaping Bar Spoon Apricot Jam
1 Dash Firewater Bitters
1 oz. Red Wine Float
Garnish Lemon Peel Laid Upside Down on Ice block
Instructions
Combine all ingredients, except red wine, into a tin shaker. Add ice, shake vigorously and fine strain into a rocks glass. Add ice block and slowly pour 1 oz. red wine. Express natural oils from lemon peel over top of cocktail and garnish.
