GINGER JUICE

  • Ingredients
    • 1.5 oz. Casamigos Reposado or Casamigos Blanco Tequila
    • .75 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
    • .5 oz. Ginger Syrup (Suggest Liquid Alchemis®)
    • 1 Heaping Bar Spoon Apricot Jam
    • 1 Dash Firewater Bitters
    • 1 oz. Red Wine Float
    • Garnish Lemon Peel Laid Upside Down on Ice block
  • Instructions
  • Combine all ingredients, except red wine, into a tin shaker. Add ice, shake vigorously and fine strain into a rocks glass. Add ice block and slowly pour 1 oz. red wine. Express natural oils from lemon peel over top of cocktail and garnish.
