
Casamigas Spicy Basil Paloma
Ingredients
1.5 oz. Casamigas Jalapeño Tequila
1 oz. Fresh Grapefruit Juice
.5 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
.5 oz. Simple Syrup
4 Basil Leaves
1 Dash Firewater Bitters or 1 Jalapeño Slice
Top off Club Soda (Suggest Fever Tree)
Optional: 2 Dashes Peychaud's Bitters (To enhance color)
Garnish Upside Down Grapefruit Wedge Dusted in Salt/Sugar/Tajin and Basil Leaf
Instructions
Combine all ingredients into a tin shaker. Muddle basil (and jalapeño if using). Add ice, shake vigorously and fine strain into Collins glass. Add fresh ice, top off with club soda and garnish.
