PRICKLY PEAR MARGARITA
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz. Casamigos Blanco Tequila
- .75 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
- .75 oz. Prickly Pear Purée (Suggest REAL®)
- 2 Dashes Orange Bitters
- Garnish Lime Wheel
Instructions
Combine all ingredients into a tin shaker. Add ice, shake vigorously and strain into a small rocks glass. Add fresh ice and garnish.

- 5 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
- 2.5 oz. Prickly Pear Puree
- 2.5 oz. Simple Syrup
- 10 Dashes Orange Bitters
- Garnish with 5 Lime Wheels
Instructions
Combine all ingredients into 60 oz. pitcher. Fill to top with ice. Stir with bar spoon for 6-8 seconds. Garnish.
