• 1.5 oz Casamigos Blanco

• 1 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice

• 0.25 oz Fresh Lime Juice

• 0.25 oz Light Agave Syrup (just a little, we healthy!)

• 2–3 oz chilled sparkling water (plain or grapefruit flavor)

• Pinch of salt

• Grapefruit wheel garnish

• Optional salted rim

Combine all ingredients, except sparkling water, into a shaker. Add ice, shake vigorously and strain into collins glass. Add fresh ice, top off with soda and garnish.
