  • Ingredients
    • 1.5 oz. Casamigos Añejo Tequila
    • 1.25 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
    • 1 oz. Simple Syrup
    • .5 oz. Egg White*
    • 1 Dash Angostura® Bitters
    • Garnish Lemon Peel
  • Instructions
  • Combine all ingredients into tin shaker. Dry shake (no ice) for 4 seconds. Add ice, shake vigorously and strain into coupe glass. Express natural lemon oils from peel over top of each cocktail and garnish.

    *For Egg White – Make sure to properly store and keep refrigerated at all times.
