AÑEJO SOUR
- Ingredients
- 1.5 oz. Casamigos Añejo Tequila
- 1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
- .75 oz. Simple Syrup
- .5 oz. Egg White or Aquafaba*
- 1 Dash Angostura® Bitters
- Garnish Casamigos Branded Lemon Peel or Lemon peel
- Instructions
Combine all ingredients into a tin shaker. Dry shake (no ice) for 8 seconds. Add ice, shake vigorously and strain into a coupe glass. Express natural lemon oils from peel over top of each cocktail and garnish.
*For Egg White – Make sure to properly store and keep refrigerated at all times. Aquafaba is an egg white substitute and vegan friendly.
