Casamigas Spicy Prickly Pear
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz. Casamigas Jalapeño Tequila
- .75 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
- 1.25 oz. Prickly Pear Puree (Suggest REAL)
- 8-10 Mint Leaves
- 2 Dashes Orange Bitters
- 1 Dash Firewater Bitters or 1 Jalapeño Slice
- Garnish Lime Wheel and Mint Sprig through Center
Instructions
Combine all ingredients into a tin shaker. Muddle mint (and jalapeño if using). Add ice, shake vigorously and fine strain into rocks glass. Add fresh ice and garnish.
