• 1.5 oz. Casamigas Jalapeño Tequila

• .75 oz. Fresh Lime Juice

• 1.25 oz. Prickly Pear Puree (Suggest REAL)

• 8-10 Mint Leaves

• 2 Dashes Orange Bitters

• 1 Dash Firewater Bitters or 1 Jalapeño Slice

• Garnish Lime Wheel and Mint Sprig through Center

Combine all ingredients into a tin shaker. Muddle mint (and jalapeño if using). Add ice, shake vigorously and fine strain into rocks glass. Add fresh ice and garnish.
