CASA TEA
Ingredients
- 2 oz Casamigos Reposado Tequila
- 2 oz hibiscus tea
- 1 oz chamomile infused syrup

- 0.5 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 slices fresh ginger
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Add ice. Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds. Pour through a fine strainer into a tall glass. Add ice. Decorate.
To prepare the chamomile infused syrup Combine equal parts water and sugar in a medium saucepan. Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring occasionally, and cook until the sugar has completely dissolved. Remove from heat and add dried chamomile flowers. Leave the mixture to soak for 15 minutes, then pour through a fine strainer into an airtight container. Store in the refrigerator. The syrup will have a shelf life of 3 to 4 weeks."
