Casa Pumpkin Spice

  • Ingredients
    • 1.5 oz. Casamigos Reposado Tequila
    • 5 oz. Disaronno® Liqueur
    • 1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
    • .75 oz. Honey Syrup*
    • 2 Heaping Bar Spoons Organic Canned Pumpkin
    • 2 Dashes Orange Bitters
    • 1 Pinch Cinnamon
    • 1 Pinch Nutmeg
    • Garnish Dehydrated Half-Moon Orange Slice, 2 Charred Sage Leaves, Nutmeg Dusting
  • Instructions
  • Combine all ingredients into tin shaker. Add ice, shake vigorously and strain into Collins glass. Add fresh pebble/crushed ice, creating a dome-like top and garnish.

    *To create Honey Syrup – Combine 2 parts honey to 1 part water in a small saucepan and bring to a medium heat. Stir until fully dissolved, then let cool. Once cool, pour syrup into a glass container with lid and keep at room temperature. Honey can keep for months due to its natural antibacterial properties.
