SPICY CARROT CILANTRO MARGARITA

  • Ingredients
    • 1 oz. Casamigos Mezcal
    • 1 oz. Casamigos Reposado Tequila
    • 1 oz. Carrot Juice
    • .5 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
    • .5 oz. Simple Syrup
    • 2 Serrano Slices
    • 8-10 Cilantro Leaves
    • Garnish with Carrot Peel, Cilantro Sprig and Cayenne Salt
  • Instructions
  • Combine all ingredients into tin shaker. Muddle serrano/cilantro. Add ice, shake vigorously and strain into rocks glass. Add fresh ice with crushed ice dome and garnish.
