- 1.5 oz. Casamigos Blanco Tequila
- 1 oz. Kiwi Purée by Perfect Purée®
- .75 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
- .75 oz. Simple Syrup
- 8 – 10 Mint Leaves
- Splash of Club Soda
- Garnish Kiwi Slice and Mint Sprig
Combine all ingredients, except club soda, into tin shaker. Muddle mint. Add ice, shake vigorously and fine strain into collins glass. Add fresh ice, splash of club soda and garnish.
