- 1.5 oz. Casamigos Blanco Tequila
- .5 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 oz. Lemongrass Syrup*
- 2 Heaping Bar Spoons Coconut Purée (Suggest REAL®)
- Top Off with Coconut Water
- Garnish Coconut Bark, Lemongrass Stalks, Cinnamon Dusting
Combine all ingredients, except coconut water, into a tin shaker. Add ice, shake vigorously, and strain into a collins glass. Add fresh ice, top off with coconut water and garnish.
*To create Lemongrass Syrup / Makes 1L - Bring 22 oz. of water to a boil. Put on simmer and add 22 oz. white granulated sugar, stirring until fully dissolved. Add two washed lemongrass stalks, with outer layer removed, and cut into 4" pieces. Let simmer for 10 - 12 min, stirring occassionally. Then pour liquid and lemongrass stalks into a container with lid and refrigerate overnight. Next day, fine strain and funnel liquid into a glass bottle with lid and refrigerate. Good for 2 - 3 weeks if stored properly.
