• 1 oz. Casamigas Jalapeño Tequila

• 1.5 oz. Aperol

• 2 oz. Chilled Prosecco

• 2 Dashes Grapefruit Bitters

• 1 Dash Firewater Bitters or 1 Jalapeño Slice

• Splash Club Soda (Suggest Fever Tree®)

• ½ Thick Rim Equal Parts Salt/Sugar/Tajin®

• Garnish Cara Cara Orange Wheel

Wet ½ rim of glass with orange wheel or wedge and dip into salt mixture. Combine all ingredients, except chilled prosecco and club soda directly into a white wine glass. (Muddle jalapeño and fine strain if using.) Add ice, shake vigorously and strain into a wine glass. Add ice, then top off with chilled prosecco, splash of club soda and garnish.
