Ingredients
1.5 oz. Casamigos Reposado Tequila
1.5 oz. Fresh Pineapple Juice
.75 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
.5 oz. Ancho Reyes®
.5 oz. Agave Nectar
2 Serrano Slices or 2 Dashes Firewater Bitters
4 – 5 Dashes Angostura® Bitters
Garnish 2 Pineapple Leaves, Triangle Pineapple Slice and Serrano Slice
Instructions
Combine all ingredients into a tin shaker, except Angostura® Bitters. Muddle serrano. Add ice, shake vigorously and fine strain into tiki glass. Add fresh crushed/pebble ice, creating a dom-like top. and a crushed ice dome at top of cocktail. Top off with Angostura® Bitters and garnish.
