THE CHIVALROUS PEAR
Ingredients
2 oz. Casamigos Reposado Tequila
1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
.5 oz. Pear Liqueur
.5 oz. Simple Syrup
3-4 Slices Ripe Bartlett Pears
1 Dash Angostura Bitters
Garnish with Pear Slice and Star Anise
Instructions
Combine all ingredients into tin shaker. Add ice, shake vigorously, and strain into rocks glass. Add fresh ice and garnish.
