THE CHIVALROUS PEAR
Ingredients
- 2 oz. Casamigos Reposado Tequila
- 1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
- .5 oz. Pear Liqueur
- .5 oz. Simple Syrup
- 3-4 Slices Ripe Bartlett Pears
- 1 Dash Angostura Bitters
- Garnish with Pear Slice and Star Anise
Instructions
Combine all ingredients into tin shaker. Add ice, shake vigorously, and strain into rocks glass. Add fresh ice and garnish.
