TROPICAL PIÑA
- Ingredients
- 1.5 oz. Casamigos Reposado or Casamigos Blanco Tequila
- .75 oz. Fresh Pineapple Juice
- .75 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
- .5 oz. Orgeat Syrup (Suggest Liquid Alchemist®)
- 1 Pinch Cinnamon
- 1 oz. Butterfly Pea Float
- Garnish Pineapple Leaf
- Instructions
Combine all ingredients, except butterfly pea float, into a tin shaker. Add ice, shake vigorously, then strain into a collins glass. Add fresh ice, top off with butterfly pea float and garnish.
