SPICY CARROT CILANTRO MARGARITA

  • Ingredients
    • 1 oz. Casamigos Mezcal
    • 1 oz. Casamigos Reposado Tequila
    • 1 oz. Carrot Juice
    • .5 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
    • .5 oz. Simple Syrup
    • 2 Serrano Slices
    • 8-10 Cilantro Leaves
    • Cayenne Salt
    • Garnish with Carrot Peel and Cilantro Leaf
  • Instructions
  • Combine all ingredients into tin shaker. Muddle herbs/serrano. Add ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into rocks glass. Add fresh ice and top off with crushed or pebble ice. Wrap cilantro leaf in carrot peel and sprinkle with cayenne salt for garnish.
