  • Ingredients
    • 1 oz. Casamigos Blanco Tequila
    • 1 oz. Casamigos Añejo Tequila
    • 2 oz. Pineapple Juice
    • 1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
    • .5 oz. Ancho Reyes
    • .5 oz. Agave Nectar
    • 2 Serrano Slices
    • Top Off with Angostura Bitters
    • Garnish with 2 Pineapple Leaves, 1 Pineapple Wedge, 1 Serrano Slice, Tajín Mixture
  • Instructions
  • Combine all ingredients into a tin shaker. Muddle the herbs, add ice and shake vigorously for 8-10 seconds. Fine strain into a tikiglass and add fresh ice and crushed ice dome at the top of the cocktail. Top off with angostura bitters and garnish with 2 pineapple leaves, 1 pineapple wedge and 1 serrano slice with Tajín mixture over top.
