  • Ingredients
    • 1.5 oz. Casamigos Blanco Tequila
    • 1.5 oz. Limoncello
    • .5 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
    • .5 oz. Thyme Syrup* or Simple Syrup
    • Optional: 3 - 4 Dashes Black Lemon Bitters (Suggest Scrappy's®)
    • Garnish Floating Dehydrated Lemon Wheel, Thyme Sprig and Fresh Cracked Pepper Over Top

  • Combine all ingredients into a tin shaker. Add ice, shake vigorously. Strain into a small coupe glass and garnish.

    *To create Thyme Syrup / Makes 1L - Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a medium saucepan then add 2 cups of white granulated sugar. Lower heat to a simmer and stir until fully dissolved. Add a handful of thyme, stir and simmer for 8 - 10 min. then let cool. Once cool, fine strain syrup into a glass container with lid and refrigerate. Good for 2 - 3 weeks if stored properly.
