Casa Cacao Negroni
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Casamigos Añejo Tequila
- .75 oz Bitter Italian Apertif
- .75 oz Sweet Vermouth
- 3 – 4 Dashes Chocolate Bitters
- Garnish Orange Peel + Cacao Salt Dusting
Instructions
Combine all ingredients into a glass mixer. Add ice, stir well for 30 – 45 seconds and strain into a rocks glass. Add large ice block and express natural orange oils from peel over top of cocktail. Lightly char peel and garnish.
