  • Ingredients
    • 1 oz. Casamigos Mezcal
    • 1 oz. Casamigos Blanco Tequila
    • 1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
    • .75 oz. Simple Syrup
    • 4 Basil Leaves
    • 2 Thyme Sprigs
    • 1" Slices Grilled Green Poblano Peppers
    • Garnish with 1" Grilled Poblano Slice and Dried Thyme
  • Instructions
  • Combine all ingredients into tin shaker. Muddle herbs/pepper. Add ice. Shake well. Fine strain into a rocks glass. Add fresh ice. Garnish with a grilled poblano slice and dried thyme.
