Earl Grey Lavender Tea
- Ingredients
- 1.5 oz. Casamigos Blanco Tequila
- 1 oz. Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- .5 oz. Honey Lavender Syrup*
- Top off 6 oz. Hot Earl Grey Tea
- Garnish Lemon Wheel and Lavender Sprig
- Instructions
Combine all ingredients, except hot tea, into a tin shaker. Dry shake (no ice) for 4 seconds. Pour contents into a glass or ceramic mug with handle and top off with hot earl grey tea. Stir well and garnish.
*To Create Honey Lavender Syrup / Makes 1L – Bring 15 oz. of water to a boil, then simmer for 5 min. and add ½ cup of organic dried lavender flowers (purchase from Amazon), stirring occasionally for 15 min. Fine strain contents into another medium sized saucepan, bring to a boil and add 30 oz. seasonal honey, stirring until fully dissolved. Once cool, pour syrup into a glass container with lid and keep at room temperature. Honey can keep for months due to its natural antibacterial properties.
