CASA PALOMA
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz. Casamigos Blanco Tequila or Casamigos Reposado Tequila
- 1 oz. Fresh Grapefruit Juice
- .75 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
- .5 oz. Agave Nectar
- 2 Dashes Orange Bitters
- 1 Pinch Sea Salt
- Splash of Sparkling Pink Grapefruit by Fever Tree
- Garnish: Half-Moon Grapefruit Slice
Instructions
Combine all ingredients, except grapefruit soda into tin shaker. Add ice, shake vigorously and strain into collins glass. Add fresh ice, top off with grapefruit soda and garnish.
NOTE – For a Smoky variation, swap out Casamigos Blanco Tequila or Casamigos Reposado Tequila for Casamigos Mezcal Joven
